Task Management

Managers are able to use the system to create lists of tasks for their employees, organise them in relation to priority if they wish, and include a date as to when they are expected to be completed. These can be assigned to just one employee or distributed across a whole team.

The employees will receive a notification when they log in that they have a new task pending, be able to clearly view the tasks they are directly responsible for throughout and then update the system manually once a task is complete.

OneWizard can manage the entire production cycle for the majority of industries ranging from conveyor belt type of operations to custom / one-off individual orders which are worked on at several areas of the plant. OneWizard offers a huge amount of customisation and flexibility when defining standard types of jobs, job types, sub types, categories, inspections, process flow and the documentation required for the overall job and individual operation / task.

When a task is required to be regularly undertaken, for example on a weekly or monthly basis, the system can be automated to ensure that this is rolled out when needed and always appear on to a "to do" list for the relevant team members to complete on the required calendar date/day.

This structured digital way of working enables the company to be able to use the OneWizard system to easily monitor and assess the completion and quality of tasks across the whole team, and therefore successfully measure productivity based on the data shown, and the amount and level of the work produced.

Assigning tasks to named individuals digitally requires the employee to be held directly responsible and accountable for the job in question. The fact that the progress of each outstanding task can be accessed quickly increases the likelihood that more care will be taken by the team member to complete tasks to the highest of standards and meet their deadlines.

Quality assurance, certification, peer reviews, counter signatory is built into the main foundations of OneWizard. If you don't require this functionality then it you disable it in the main configuration. However, if you do require it, you can set up levels of sign-off required for each operation / task, and top level job completion. So a basic example of this is a apprentice getting work reviewed by their line manager / team leader. The system can prevent an apprentice from signing off an operation and requiring team leader approval.

The system is designed to record exact time spent on each operation / task carried out on a specific job. Operatives using the tablet software can very quickly record what they are working on and when they have finished this provides accountability and visibility across the business. Collectively this data is very powerful which can provide information on job progression, highlight issues before they occur / decrease in performance, estimate the completion and calculate availability of areas in the site. We can also use this information to provide visibility over individual operator efficiency and team efficiency. The KPI's derived from this data can also be used as part of incentivised bonus schemes.

OneWizard provides customers a repostiry for all related documentation per operation / task, job, job type, form, sales orders, works orders in one place. With built in version control and update processes, never will a out-of-date document be used again. Any documents uploaded to the system will be updated on each device for operation usage.
Once individual operations are complete, the system automatically generates individual task report alongside a main job completion report. All of the documentation can be configured to your requirements within the system and you have complete control of the information captured for each task / operation / job.

Management can log into the OneWizard Portal from anywhere in the world and see the live status of all jobs, tasks and locations in the company which will reflect all of the data which is updated via the operator tablet.

One of the most powerful features of OneWizard is the reporting capabilities and real-time production dashboard. The OneWizard dashboard provides management and teams specific information on the progress, job progress, est. completion times and generates notifications on any issues. This allows the company to react proactively and make the necessary actions to resolve.
