Dear Customer,
As a valued member of the OneWizard community, we appreciate the trust you place in us to make sure all your critical operational software and services continue.
As the Coronavirus situation continues to evolve, our thoughts go out to all who have been impacted or infected. We hope you are safe, well and are taking all the necessary precautions.
I want to personally update you on the steps we are taking for you to remain confident we are meeting your needs in a secure and reliable manner.
Our mission is to make sure our services continue as normal. We have prepared business continuity plans and following Government advice we are in the process of enabling our employees to work from home where they can.
If you have an on-site appointment booked with us, we will be in contact with you shortly to discuss alternatives where possible to provide remote implementation and training.
We are also working with all third parties in our supply chain to ensure all business continuity plans remain current.
We appreciate these are unprecedented times but please rest assured you can rely on us to support you.
